• We will sit down with you to determine what your needs are and how we can help.
Organization and policy/procedure setting is our forte. We will work with your staff to
gently transition new policies and procedures into the daily office routine. We will
develop and streamline forms, processes, and best practices.

• We use the highly regarded DAQbilling ® software for your billing and practice
management needs. This software -
at no cost to you after the initial setup fee - allows
us to bill electronically through a nationally-recognized clearinghouse to all carriers
who accept electronic billing; we drop to paper to those few carriers who require
paper.

• We will customize a
'shared Scheduler' that is viewed by both your front office and our
office.
When we receive the superbills for the previous day, we will check them against
the Scheduler to make sure that all appointments are recorded and properly billed.

• Also, we can check the shared Scheduler to make sure that
new patients are verified
with their carriers
, and we can leave notes for the front office such as: "PT needs new
Intake sheet; signature on file over a year old." The Scheduler becomes a great
communication tool.

• We will
verify every new PT - and those who have not been in lately - to check for
benefits and eligibility.
Often the insurance can be verified online through our various
sources of contact, however, we will call carriers when eligibility cannot be verified
online. With mental health, many carriers 'carve out' the benefits to a third party, and
we follow the trail to the end payer.

• We carefully
monitor EAP visits and authorizations and will assist your front office in
tracking EAP visits and authorizations and all authorizations
for general visits as
required by various carriers.

• We have a dedicated fax line that comes directly to our computers. At the end of the
day,
simply toss the superbills in your fax machine and push 'send'. The next morning,
we will process the superbills for posting that day to the clearinghouse that day.

• And speaking of superbills, we will
design a superbill to match your practice - via the
software -
with the all the appropriate CPT codes. One superbill can be used for all the
providers in your office.
We can also (re)design your Intake sheet that gathers
information for new patients while displaying the appropriate and required verbiage
and criteria.

• We maintain all your
patient Intake and insurance information for you within the
software which your front office can view for reference. An ala carte feature that we
offer is
digitized files: We will .pdf the Intake form, insurance card and verification
information, and authorizations and upload for shared viewing and printing with your
staff.

• Once the claim is filed, it doesn't end there. Our post-filing specialist
tracks the claim
and follows up on slow carrier payments.
Daily EOBs are checked for accuracy and
denials are examined and re-filed or appealed as needed
.

Patient statements are generated and mailed once a month to those patients with
outstanding
patient balances. We attempt three 'soft' collections of amounts owing
your practice by inserting gentle notices urging payment.

plethora of reports for your perusal.

• We offer
monthly P&L statements, tax advice and consultations, and year-end
statements
from our accounting department.
