In this context, think of us as part of your business team, dedicated to things like increasing
reimbursements while giving your staff more time to devote to patient healthcare rather than billing and
accounting.

Where are your clients?
~ In the Greater Phoenix area - for now. We welcome inquiries from out-state Arizona.

We have a number of past-due claims. How do you help with things like this?
~ We are familiar with all the carriers and have methods of following up with them. We dedicate people to
handling those that do not pay quickly. By tight organization plus carrier knowledge and good relationships
with the carriers, we regularly handle the claims follow up process to your advantage.

What kind of credentials does Medical Ancillary have?
~The Medical Ancillary team has many years in a variety of businesses, including (but not limited to) office
organization and large database management.

What's your specialty in terms of types of medical offices?
~ We enjoy being on the team of small, disorganized, technologically-challenged offices run by the most
amazing people. We've observed that mental health providers are often disorganized - and with good
reason: They'd rather counsel than organize. Also, the small office owner/managers are thrilled to find that
they can have their billing, accounting, and tax work done with one firm.

What are your strengths?
• Powerful organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Extensive training in our fields of endeavor
• Top-notch software and computer skills
• Full service billing through taxes
• Dedicated and committed to our clients

• Extremely competitive billing rates
• Very low 'lost revenue' because of diligent, efficient practices in follow-through
• High percentage of claims paid upon first submission

• Ala carte pricing on some services

Will you train my staff to use effective appointment software and customized patient
reports? How does this work?
~ We will train your staff at your office, filling your needs as directed, and at your convenience. Generally,
this takes from 3 - 5 hours, and we continue to be available during office hours to troubleshoot as
necessary.

How do we get our reports from you? If they're done electronically, are they secure?
~ Medical Ancillary provides secure Internet access to your account. We are fully compliant with HIPPA
requirements for security and privacy, and in every other way.

How do you back up our data in case your office has a fire, etc?
~ The data is stored online on the DAQbilling servers. We asked Antek - developers of DAQbilling to give us a
direct quote concerning this question. In their own words:

"To ensure database availability is never a concern to clients, DAQBilling consists of two standby
databases that are replicated in real-time against the live database. In addition to database duplication,
fully encrypted (AES-256) offsite backups are performed daily. DAQBilling is mirrored across two
datacenters, one of which being in-house, to achieve geographic redundancy. Both datacenters are
equipped with battery backups and power generators, supporting a constant supply of filtered and
surge-protected power. The datacenters maintain a controlled climate, keeping the optimal temperature
and humidity for the housed components. Each datacenter has multiple internet connections through
multiple providers."
